I decided to do my project on RA's duties and shifts in Shea/Dirgin and probably on some of there programs. I'm planning to write about how all these dedicated boys and girls are capable of taking care of so many things at the same time such as studying time, go to classes, creating interesting programs, time to eat and etc.
I continue to wonder what specifically you will observe. The RA office? meetings? particular floors of dorms? I think this interesting but it is a big project that you will have to narrow as you observe and interview.
