Essay #2: Community and Technology 2
I decided to do my project on RA's duties and shifts in Shea/Dirgin and probably on some of there programs. I'm planning to write about how all these dedicated boys and girls are capable of taking care of so many things at the same time such as studying time, go to classes, creating interesting programs, time to eat and etc.

Essay #2: Community and Technology
In this essay I'm going to observe Resident Assistant's community. I was trying to choose any other communities to observe but I just couldn't find any good ones, so that's why I chose Resident Assistant's community. At least I'm going to have a lot of material to write about. In my humble opinion their job is very important because many students just go crazy after they got into the dormitories. Besides that, they are doing very interesting programs for students to participate in and if they weren't any RA's in the dormitories, I just can't imagine how it would be there without them.

David Berreby, It Takes a Tribe
In this essay, David Berreby showing that students " don't just attend a college; they join its tribes" and I completely agree with his statement especially if you live on the campus because this is the important part of society and this is what it calls to be in the community. "A college campus is full of people inventing a sense of "us" and a sense of "them." In this quote we can see that when you attend college and join it's community there is always going to be different groups of people, "tribes" and when an individial realized to what kind of group he or she belongs to, "they'll act accordingly, even if they know that the divisions are as meaningless as, oh, the University of Arizona versus Arizona State".
